• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
• Not misuse our services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Ensure that any reviews submitted via your badges comply with applicable laws (e.g., no defamatory, offensive, or fake content).

4.Verification Process

To maintain trust and credibility, WebCura Shield conducts a background check before granting access to our dashboard and badges. Only verified businesses are allowed to display WebCura Shield badges. WebCura Shield reserves the right to approve or reject verification applications at its sole discretion.

5.Payments and Refunds

• Subscription fees are billed as per the chosen plan.
• If we fail to respond to your query within 24 hours, you are entitled to a refund.
• If we fail to resolve your issue within 48 hours, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

By enabling WebCura Shield badges on your site, you agree that:

• Reviews submitted by users will be publicly visible.
• WebCura Shield is not responsible for the content of reviews.
• We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our policies (e.g., spam, offensive content).
