- If we fail to respond within this timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund of your subscription fee.

- We aim to resolve all customer issues within 48 hours of receiving your query.
- If we cannot resolve your issue within this timeframe, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
3.Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a refund if:
- You have an active subscription with WebCura Shield.
- You submitted a valid support request through our official support channels (email, support ticket, or dashboard).
- WebCura Shield failed to meet its response or resolution commitments as outlined above.
4.Refund Process

- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–30 business days.(As per payment gateway policy)
- You will receive confirmation once your refund has been processed.
5.Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Failure to use or configure WebCura Shield services correctly on your website.
- Issues caused by third-party integrations, hosting providers, or external factors beyond WebCura Shield’s control.
- Refund requests made outside of the guaranteed conditions (response or resolution delays).
